2. Purpose of Donations

Donations made via this website are used to support children and families in disadvantaged living conditions and slum areas in accordance with the corporate purpose of Warm Hearts gUG (haftungsbeschränkt).

There is no entitlement to a specific use of individual donations unless a binding purpose restriction has been explicitly confirmed in writing.

If donations are made explicitly for project-specific purposes and funds remain after the completion, discontinuation, or achievement of the respective project, Warm Hearts gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) is entitled to use these remaining funds for other statutory and charitable purposes of the organisation.

3. Voluntary Nature of Donations

Donations are made voluntarily and without any consideration.
No entitlement to services or products is created by making a donation.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing is carried out via external payment service providers, in particular:

• PayPal

• Stripe

The terms and privacy policies of the respective payment providers also apply to the payment processing.

5. Recurring Donations

If a recurring donation is selected, the chosen amount will be automatically collected at the selected interval.

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time with effect for future payments.
Cancellation can be made by email to info@warm-hearts.de.

6. Donation Receipts

Donation receipts are issued in accordance with legal requirements.

For the issuance of a donation receipt, complete and accurate donor information must be provided.

7. Refunds

As a general rule, voluntarily made donations are non-refundable.

Exceptions apply in cases of proven incorrect bookings or accidental duplicate payments. In such cases, Warm Hearts gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) must be contacted immediately.

8. Liability

Warm Hearts gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for technical disruptions, failures of payment service providers, or temporary unavailability of the website is excluded, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy on this website.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should individual provisions of these Donation Terms be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
